Grilled Sweet Corn receipe for chilled Winter

Grilled Corn With Cheese and Lime

INGREDIENTS
  1. 8ears corn, shucked
  2. 1tablespoon olive oil
  3. kosher salt
  4. 1/2cup crumbled queso fresco (fresh Mexican cheese) or Feta
  5. 1/4 to 1/2  teaspoon cayenne pepper
  6. 2limes, cut into wedges

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat grill to medium-high. Brush the corn with the oil and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon salt. Grill, turning often, until tender and charred, 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the corn with the cheese and cayenne. Serve with the lime wedges.
